Our research of the market indicates that these apartments are currently being offered at minimum 22% below market value at this time.  This margin will clearly widen until the next price increase. 

In any event, by completion we anticipate that the margin will have increased by a further 15%. 

This is a very popular investment area for the Romanian buyer hence rental projections are healthy. 

Anticipated best action: sell within first year following completion of works. 

 

The Waterfront, Mamaia is in that part of Romania known as Dobrogea, on the shores of Lake Siutghiol.  It enjoys  both lake views and views of the Black Sea beaches and is only 10 minutes drive from downtown Constanta.

Constanta has a thriving cultural scene and is two minutes from Mamaia - arguably the most sought-after tourist hotspot on the Black Sea coast. 

This coastal development is a 15 minute drive to the International Airport of Mihail Kogalniceanu.  Daily flights to Constanta are available to most European capitals and the Airport is served by 12 international airlines.
