We know the Current Housing Market in Romania - half our team are Romanian

Income per capita in Romania is rising substantially.  Coupled with new and easier mortgage facilities, higher employment and a booming economy, there is an excellent market for first, and holiday, homes for Romanians both built and off plan.  We know the local people, we speak their language in more ways than one.  (See Why Romania and also see additional factors outlined on our sister site, Romania Waterfront Properties.)

Italians, Spanish, Dutch, Germans, French are all keen to buy here.  It is NOT an exclusively English market so growth in the price levels is destined to be extremely rapid.

It is not uncommon to find 'special' (i.e. higher prices) quoted to foreigners, but we know the right prices. 

Foreigners are perceived as wealthy and often not so discriminating.  Our local bases, with informed local staff, avoid this potentially higher cost to you.

We know which local authorities' plans are forthcoming that can affect land values (up and down) in specific areas. 

We know the micro influences that can distinguish the value of one area from another only 100 metres away.  What is described as cheap property might not be!
